       Can yoga cure Arthritis? I am looking for exercises that can
       help a friend. She is suffering from severe pain.

       There is no way yoga can cure Arthritis. Arthritis is inflation
       on the joints that can only be eliminated by supporting your
       joints, and losing weight. Herbal medicine is not known to cure
       Arthritis....I interviewed a woman at a hospital on why she was
       not using herbal medicine. She said that those guys were
       useless. It was better what she was receiving at the hospital.
       It makes the situation worse and you only end up in the hospital
       after it is too late.
