       RULES
       1. No outside shoes on the mats. No bare feet or mat shoes off
       the mat.
There is a danger of skin infections. The mats are regularly
disinfected. We're trying to prevent cross contamination.
       2. No children allowed in the mat room.
       3. At any time, if anyone sees blood, please stop immediately,
get the bleeding stopped and adequately covered. Clean and
disinfect the mat as soon as possible.
       4. For your own safety, shower as soon as possible after leaving
       the mat room.
       Etiquette
       1. Don't be the stinky guy. If practical, please shower
immediately before going to the mat room.
       2. Wear rash guards with sleeves, spats, and fight shorts (no
       pockets) if you have them.
Rash guards make your partner more comfortable when your armpit
is in their face. Spats prevent mat burn on your knees. Fingers
sometimes get caught in pockets, so wearing fight shorts is
being nice to your partner's fingers. If you don't have those
things, sweatpants and a tight fitting short or long sleeve tee
shirt would be the second choice.
       3. If you find yourself getting mat burn on the tops of your
       feet often, please wear socks.
       4. Refrain from sexual innuendos or politics while in the mat
       room.
Most of us find innuendoes funny, and politics interesting, but
if someone doesn't find it funny or doesn't agree with your
political view, they're probably not going to say anything, and
just be uncomfortable. To make things simple and fun, lets just
keep it all for the streets.
