On April 29, 2013, I began this mock portfolio with $20,000.00
("cash deposit") of imaginary money.
The "Cost Basis" of $42,798.33 is due to reinvestment of sold
shares. I have not extracted any cash so
YEAH, I've made 150% on the initial investment. ;D Now if I can
just convince my wife that I can continue
this success, I'll put some real money where my imaginary money
is. FAT CHANCE! She says with my luck,
the instant I start investing real money I wil lose everything.
::) She's probably right. ;) 8)

Yep. Time will tell if my dreams bear fruit or are bare of
fruit... 8)
Right now I'll have to settle for bragging about my prescient
imaginary stock buys and sells to make 150% paper profit in one
year. ;D
I bet on Tesla and Solar City when they were cheap. After they
ballooned, I sold and bought other stuff super cheap that
subsequently REALLY ballooned (i.e. KNDI & VWDRY). I even posted
about KNDI for the Doomers... RE ignored it and refused to talk
it up so that was that. Another HUGE mistake by the "brainiac"
boss at the DD. Another reason I will never participate in that
forum again. >:(
My portfolio had a nice pop today. I'm up to $51,130.16 as of
right now. My wife doesn't want to talk about it. ::) ;D

Gevo Asks High Court To Rein In Fed. Circ. Patent Review

Law360, New York (May 05, 2014, 12:22 PM ET) -- Gevo Inc. has
asked the U.S. Supreme Court to clarify the standard that the
Federal Circuit should use when reviewing a lower court's claim
construction, claiming that the appeals court overreached in
reviving a biofuel patent suit from rival Butamax Advanced
Biofuels LLC.
Gevo said that the Federal Circuit violated the Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure by declining to let the lower court's claim
construction stand untouched in the absence of clear error. The
decision from the Federal Circuit revived a patent infringement
suit from Butamax,...

the moon (it's down abpout 6% today and I lost over $800 on the
