       New Developments

       This is to let you know I created a new account to do admin
       stuff with with the name Gaffer.   I will retain the other
       account and do most of my posting under it as a regular member.
       
       You will see new areas have appeared if anyone wants to start
       his own group.  A group can be public or private.  If it's
       private, I could see it as Gaffer since the administrator sees
       everything.   I don't want to see everything.  If you want your
       own group,  I expect you to do the moderation in it.  If you
       want to keep it private, I don't want to read the posts in it
       unless I'm a member.
