Missing Mikes Site

I just wanted to post something on here. With Mikes Main Site
being under attack and "down" for the moment...I just felt to
put "something" here. Mike having a left hand is better than
no hands at all.
Until then...just patiently waiting for

it takes!!

Helen, I have received your message
However, my mother has just been admitted to hospital for an
emergency operation (she is doing well so far) and I am somewhat
busy at the moment - am only doing the bare minimum on forums

So very sorry to hear about your mum. May she quickly heal up
and mend. Mum's are very important..I had the blessing of having
to look after both my mum and dad right into their nineties. Yes
sometimes tough, and sad times...but NO REGRETS...and thats what
is so good afterward...no saying " Oh I wish I had given them
more of my time."etc
I will miss your uplifting 'meaty' posts...but we can wait on
that. :)
Yes Mike is working hard to find someone who can restore the
site for him....or move it to a new host.

Good thinking Helen, why did Mike not think of this site
straight away when the other fell silent. It is the same in the
spirit, we miss the answer that is so close to hand!

Others have diligently fallen back on this site whilst I (its
founder) had written it off as dead.
I guess I need to reset my 'Notifications' so that I see by
email when others have brought RCF back to life (even if only on
a temporary basis).
I like way James refers to this as my 'left hand'.....that's a
phrase that carries a lot of meaning.
I also like the emphasis that Helen puts on the need for a site
that makes 'discussion' easy......with only one board everything
here just has to be 'discussion' orientated.
Once the future of FSF is resolved I will do a 'round robin'
newsletter.

I joined up to find out if Helen (and Mike) still need a copy
of the Word of God post that Mike wrote just before FSCF was
lost.
I just turned on my Nook which I use not near as often as my
Kindle, and discovered I just happened to have left it on a
page where Helen had quoted Mike's entire post. So I've got it,
and have saved it for now, just in case you still need it.
Let me know, either here or by e-mail, and I'll send a copy
along.
