Micah 2:1-2
KJV 1 Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their
beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is
in the power of their hand. 2 And they covet fields, and take
them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they
oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
WEB 1 Woe to those who devise iniquity and work evil on their
beds! When the morning is light, they practice it, because it is
in the power of their hand. 2 They covet fields, and seize them;
and houses, and take them away: and they oppress a man and his
house, even a man and his heritage.
These are my thoughts, please share yours.
1 Before Christ this would have been us and this could and to
some degree even as Christians be something we struggle with. We
should strive for good as believers rather then make plans for
sin but the world has nothing but to do this because this
haven’t received the hope found in Jesus.
2 The world takes what they want often times. It is the attitude
that it is all about me, this is a life long battle for us as
Christians to think of others more then we do ourselves. We are
to show love for others this shows Christ, loving self shows the
world.
