       James 5:4-6
KJV 4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down
your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the
cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the
Lord of sabaoth. 5Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and
been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of
slaughter. 6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth
       not resist you.
JuliaSmith 4 Behold, the hire of laborers having reaped your
farms, withheld by you, cries out, and the cries of the reapers
have entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. 5 Ye have led
a luxurious life upon the earth, and have rioted in luxury; ye
have nourished your hearts, as in the day of slaughter. 6 Ye
have condemned, ye have killed the just one; and he resists you
       not.
These are my thoughts, please share yours.
4 This verse is talking of how they work their fields but don’t
bring people to the gospel, they neglect God’s work even though
they are doing theirs, they maybe mistreating those in the
church who are in need of work by making them their laborers and
       over working them.
5 Luxury is often a big idol in the Christian life, we cant
serve luxury and God, we follow one more then the other and
often times God gets put second.
6 This verse is addressing the killing of Jesus.
