I don't remember that song. But British songs remind me of
this. I love this song -- and the the photo of General

I used to sing this song as a kid; but I can't remember how I
learned it. It wasn't the Johnny Cash version; and Burl Ives
was before my time. Maybe my Mother sang it and I picked it
up from her?

I'm thinking about my daughter this morning. She was brave and
courageous and fought to the end; giving up was not an option
for her. This is a song that I dedicated to her memory.
