I'm wondering if anyone has heard how Helen
is doing? She was quite under the weather last I heard.
And Cathey? Has anyone talked to her recently?

Helen is not well, as you already know.
As the problem with only being able to eat about two spoons of
food at one sitting came on so quickly she expected it to soon
pass, this has not proved the case. She was not able to sleep
at all but now can , which is a blessing to her.
Her fibrillation of the heart was much improved to the point of
about once a month but this sickness seems to have had a
negative effect and she is having fibrillation once a week which
makes her very tired and a complete wreck.
Sorry the news is not more positive.

Thanks, James, for the update, though I wish
the news were better. We miss her posts and her absence is
felt. Helen is part of our overall internet Christian family,
and when she's silent, we feel that void.
Please send my love if you speak to her, and, of course, she's
in my prayers.

I was hoping for better news. We will have to keep praying.

Thank you for those kind words Nancy. Please don't give up
praying with me. I value the added strength.
I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. ( not that I can think
of any...only our Constant Enemy.... I think this came from him
so he for sure can have it back!!)
Nancy, remembering the battle you and Kevin are in too....that
has been a long one...victory is long overdue there also. I have
to remember the phrase that some use. " What doesn't kill you
makes you stronger." It seems God is going to have a strong
people ready for The Last Battle. :) Trouble is, we have to
stay in the fight to qualify...and a few days ago I must admit,
I did really have my doubts about that part!
Blessings x
Oh my goodness, I just "had a flash", Kerry I dreamed of you
last night!! ha! I don't think at all it was a God dream, just
a dream. I can't remember the half of it...I know we had just
left a crowed of people and were walking along chatting and
laughing together. I remember thinking how nice you were. :D
Do you have a grey suit at the back of your closet? You were
wearing a light grey very nice suit.
What on earth caused me to suddenly remember my dream I had
totally forgotten it! :)

P.S. Kerry is there any chance that you can stickyfy this chat
thread? One thing I always like is the chatter threads that go
along with the serious posts....it always seems to 'warm up' the
site. Thanks.

Keeping you in prayer, Helen, for sure.
These bodies can make us miserable. My old dad has hurt his
back and is moving at a snail's pace.
We finally bought an old-fashioned push wheelchair for Kevin.
It can stay in the car, any weather, so we always have it along.
He was starting to lean on me too heavily and my knees were
complaining. Feels like a defeat of sorts, but easier for me
and safer for him.
He's finally being lyme tested in May. The test is illegal
(don't ask me why) in our state, so we'll need to travel 6 hours
there and back. If he were to test positive, we'll have to do
this once a month indefinitely. But we need to rule the
possibility out.
Do hope you feel better soon.
Blessings and strength to you and Dave. xxoo
Sometimes I think I enjoy the chatter threads more than
the "serious" ones. So many of the serious ones are like a dog
chasing its tail going in circles. Yes, that includes me.

:D We do go round and round at times. I
love us, though, always trying to make sense of us. God must be
amused.
