Hi Guys,
Here are a few thoughts how we could handle match scheduling and
unplayed matches, I took them from the rules of the big private
leagues and adjusted them a bit to our needs
Match Days
- Match days are switched Wendsdays and Sundays 12 PM EST.
- League Admins will never grant extensions of a match day.
- You are responsible for scheduling your matches. You can do
this by posting a date and time
proposal on the boards, by Private Message, in game mail/chat
or the steam group.
- Keep the Admins up to date if you're failing to grab a hold of
your opponent.
- If a coach makes no effort to get in touch with their opponent
and/or the League Admin team
before the end of the matchday, then they forfeit any right to
a draw if game is admined.
- If your opponent doesn't show up at the arranged time you're
supposed to wait at least 30 min
and then post on the forum or contact an admin on steam
immediatly that he didn't show up
Unplayed games
- When a game remains unplayed on the day the League Admins
forward the match day and NO
information on the coaches scheduling is know by the League
Admin team, a 1-1 draw will be
issued.
- When a game remains unplayed on the day the League Admins

Admin team, a 2-0 win will be
issued to the coach who did make an effort/attempt in getting
it organised.
- When a game remains unplayed on the day the League Admins
forward the match day and
incidentally there was no possible way the game could be
played due to personal schedules
of the coaches involved, a 1-1 draw will be issued.
Disconnections
- When you suffer a DC/crash/time-out or game breaking
bug; the two affected coaches will have the option of
#2,3,4.
- Coaches agree between themselves what would be the
fairest outcome had the game continued. They BOTH
inform that decision towards the admin team and the
result gets admined accordingly.
- Coaches agree upon replaying the game before the end
of the match day deadline. They send out a request for
reset towards the league admins team ASAP. The
league admins will reset the game as soon as possible.
- If you cannot come to any of the agreements ruled in
#2 or #3 you'll have to face whatever score set by the
game at the end of the match day.

Does EST mean European standard time? In the United Kingdom, how
many hours am I behind/in front of the EST time? Also, does that
mean that wednesdays and sundays are the latest times we can
play the matches, or does it mean that that is the time we HAVE
to play the matches?

EST = Eastern Standard Time - which is East Coast USA - i'm in
the UK also mate &
we are 5 hours ahead. (EST = GMT-5)
