       BYLAWS Article 1 Meetings

       BY LAWS OF THE REFORMED ALLIANCE OF CHURCHES
       Article 1: Meetings
       A. The Annual Synod and Conference shall be held yearly at a
       date and location agreed upon at the previous annual Synod.  The
       host church/pastor is responsible for all of the physical
       arrangements including meals and accommodations.
       B. At the Annual Synod Meeting, the Chairman of the Executive
       Committee shall act as moderator and the Clerk of the Executive
       Committee shall acts as clerk.  Substitutions can be made by a
       vote of the synod if they are unable to fulfill their duties.
       C. Any officer elections will be held at the Annual Meeting.
       D. Other meetings for the purpose of business or fellowship may
       be held at the call of the Executive Committee with one (1)
       months advance notice.
       E. The Treasurer shall report on the budget for the previous
       year at each annual Synod.
       F. Each Regional Classis shall provide a report to the Synod at
       each annual Synod.
       G. The Annual Synod and Conference may also include teaching
       sessions, worship, workshop and seminars, and family events.
