       BYLAWS 4.C Procedure of Admission: Admission of Churches

       C. RECEIVING MEMBER CHURCHES
       1. Each applicant church shall fill out the Church Application,
       and Church Form of Subscription signed by the pastor(s) and
       elder(s).  The applicant church shall file the forms with their
       Regional Representaive.
       2. An interview of the applicant church shall be conducted by
       the Regional Representative(s) or Regional Credentials Committee
       according to the by-laws of the regional Classis.
       3. At a meeting of the regional classis a report and
       recommendations shall be given by the interviewing parties.  A
       vote of the regional classis shall be taken.  A two-thirds
       majority of those voting shall be required for admission.
       4. Membership will be ratified at the next Synod.
