       BYLAWS 4.A Procedure for Admission: Men Already Ordained and Ser
       ving.

       Article 4. Procedure for Admission of Member Ministers and
       Churches.
       A. RECEIVING MEN ALREADY ORDAINED TO THE MINISTRY OF THE GOSPEL
       AND SERVING LOCAL CHURCHES OR AT SEMINARIES
       1. Each applicant shall fill out the Ministerial Questionnaire,
       Form of Subscription and Application, and file it with their
       Regional Representaive.
       2. An interview of the applicant shall be conducted by the
       Regional Representative(s) or Regional Credentials Committee
       according to the by-laws of the regional Classis.
       3. At a meeting of the regional classis opportunity for further
       questions shall be provided.  A vote of the regional classis
       shall be taken.  A two-thirds majority of those voting shall be
       required for admission.
       4. Membership will be ratified at the next Synod.
