       Bylaws Article 3 Regional Classis

       Article 3. Regional Classis
       A. The division of the Alliance into Regional Classes will be
       decided by vote of the Synod.  Recommendations for such
       divisions may be made by the Executive Committee or a Regional
       Classis.
       B. Each Regional Classis shall adopt by-laws that do not
       conflict with the constitution and by-laws of the Alliance.
       C. Each Regional Classis shall elect its own officers including
       but not limited to their Regional Representative.  Term of
       service for officers other than the Regional Representative
       shall be decided by the Regional Classis.
       D. The date, place, and docket for Regional Classis meetings is
       the decision of the Regional Classis.
