       Signed up to try and have a go at fixing my neighbours MPU5
       version of star wars. I meant to help him with it last year but
       ran out of time.
       Was initially looking like a flat battery on the motherboard but
       we've replaced that and even the one on the gamecart. I'm trying
       to research other possible causes before throwing in the towel
       and getting someone else to look at it before he is made to get
       rid of the machine  ;D
