       Personal Introduction

       Well, my name is Al, I'm 26 and live in Wolverhampton with my
       partner Zoe and our two daughters. Some of you may already know
       me from the old Mr P's forum!
       I got into machines from a very early age, in fact my earliest
       memory of fruit machines is watching my Grandad play them in the
       Pub, and being fascinated by the volume of Tokens he was
       collecting out of them.
       Fast forward 20 odd years and I now only enjoy playing the old
       machines (this is generally pre 2000 machines) My favourite era
       would be the early 90's when arcades were full of JPM's,
       Maygays, Barcrest and BWB's to name but a few.
       My only involvement with newer machines is literally a couple of
       quid whilst in a pub, which lasts all of 10 seconds on most
       occasions. This is why I like the older tech so much better,
       your actually get some amusement for your money, well most of
       the time! :)
       I did used to own two machines which you can see in the Personal
       Machine Collections Topic, which I regret selling now.
       Unfortunately I don't have the space at home to have my own
       collection any more, however hope that one day that will change.
