       from the 7th of May. You may use key cards with KEY WORDS on
       them only. You may research ANY disease of your choice.
       Include information on the following: Background/
       Symptoms/Treatments/Any important Doctor who contributed to
       knowledge about this disease.

       Assessment 4: Written Response (20)
       Date:  To be completed in class.
       Assessment 5: Work Ethic and Book Mark (10)
