Gmec re-opening from Lockdown

The cafe WILL be re-opening, just not yet.
We have had plenty of enquiries asking when the cafe will be
opening up and Mark and I have discussed it over and over again,
its not an easy decission to make however, we feel the best
thing to do at this time is to keep the cafe closed. The main
buding is to too small for social distancing and we would loose
the bar area due to the toilet locations, we can also attract
quite large groups of people when the weathers nice and as many
of you know, we do appear to become a public conveniece stop
when the A64 is busy (and when it isn't). GMEC Motorcycles will
continue to operate with social distancing in place, the
workshop is also operational again. ... the Cafe WILL re-open,
but only when its safe to do so. Until then, carry on giving us
a wave as you go past, feel free to pull up and say hello if you
can (with social distancing of course) continue to book in those
MOTs needed with us and remember - we stock a wide range of BS
batteries, Oils, Oil Filters, Brake pads, Fork seals, Wheel
bearings, spark plugs etc. Stay safe everyone and we are looking
forward to seeing you all again at Gecko's Coffee house and bar
very soon!

Mark is fully operational in his workshop for MOTs, MOT failure
work and servicing, Chain and sprockets, brakes, Tyres etc. Give
him a call on 01944 711596 or send us a message. Social
distancing measures in place and plenty of hand sanitiser about.
Also available are your service parts... Oils, filters, spark
plugs, brake pads, wheel bearings, fork seals, batteries etc.
