       Whirlwind - [Deal 2~4 damage to all.  Can only be used when
       all Charges are consumed.]
       Piercing Moonbeam - [Deal 6~8 damage, ignoring Resist.
       Consumes 1 Charge.]
       Lunar Cycle - [Deal 5~8 damage to all for 2 Cycles.  Can
       only be used when all Charges are consumed.  Player cannot
       attack for 2 Cycles.]
       Moonlit - [Heal Target for 40 health.  Player is delayed for
       1 Cycle.  Cannot be used for 3 Cycles.]
