Chapter 20: Nell
I cautiously jogged over to Gidney and Dudley. The mouse was
dead in front of Dudley. I looked away from it. "Guys..." I
whispered. "BEARS!" I pointed at where the bears were. Gidney
pulled out his scrooch gun and Dudley walked behind him carrying
his pistol. I got out my bow and arrows and pulled one into the
quiver. We all walked slowly towards the bears. Gidney
whispered, "Take on one bear!" Gidney was about to scrooch a
bear but then a rumbling came from it. In surprise, Gidney
jumped backwards. The bear was waking up.
