Steal the Kirwood Derby!

This is not the same as another one of my forum games, The
Kirwood Derby. In the other game, you are trying to find the
hat. In this game you are trying to steal the hat. This game is
a version of King of the Hill.
Someone always says "I steal The Kirwood Derby!" The next poster
must say a way to get the Kirwood Derby. Then they say "I steal
the Kirwood Derby!" Here is an example:
Penguin022: I steal the Kirwood Derby!
penguino: I Goof Gassed you! I steal the Kirwood Derby!
This game goes on forever! So let's start!
