He means that he sometimes helps Snidely and sometimes helps

Ralph Ritler: Boris's rival spy. He also works for Fearless
Leader. You can tell that his name is also a play on someone's
name...do you know what it is? Ritler wears a long, white coat
and a white hat. He also has a mustache which looks exactly like
Boris's.

I'm gonna make more detailed notes about my FCs.
Startin off with Aesop III.
Aesop III "Grandson":
Early life: Aesop III was born to Aesop Jr. (Now is also called
Aesop II) and Parthenia. In his earliest childhood, he could
remember Aesop II telling stories passed by Aesop Sr. or Aesop
I. Now he is 10, he is on a baseball team, and he still listens
to Aesop's fables, only by Aesop himself.
