Firework just stood at the end of the pool, not jetting in. He
wanted to, but he wouldn't be able to swim as well as he could.
The tom stepped in anyways, making sure he could stand.

Serenity padded in gracefully. In her free time she had
practiced swimming, and had gotten really good. She stayed in
the shallow end getting used to the water quickly.

She let out a sigh of relief, but whew! -- that was a challenge
for her. Where others could stand she had to doggie paddle. She
hoped she'd be able to swim that far.

Cliffhanger started swimming, she struggled a bit though,
kicking his back legs franctically as he swam deeper and deeper.
