WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME? { private }

Flickeringstar sat near a tree on the cliff-valley. What was
wrong with him? Snapping at the love of his life, changing the
whole way of the Clan...Sighing, he curled his tail around
himself.

"What the hell was that?" came the angry voice of Innocence as
she approached the leader, tail lashing. "Answer me! Tell me how
its not my concern to know!" she, with all honesty, liked the
idea with living with everyone in equals. But she wanted to know
the reason why. She didn't want to find out that he did it for
his family and his family alone.

him, still fuming from when he snapped at her. [b]"Its your
Clan. And what was the dream about? Who told you to do that?
Tikistar? Because I'm sure as hell that he isn't happy with what
you're doing."

"Tikistar? Are you comparing me to Tikistar!?" This time, he
didn't snap, but he was a little upset. "I don't know who told
me! It was about every female - and male except for me - rising
against me! I just feel it in my gut!"

She fluffed out her fur and stood up, head raised. "I never
compared you to ANYONE! And why would any of us rise against
you!?" she unsheathed her claws, ready to bring them down on her
engagement bracelet he got her. That's how p.ssed she was
getting. That's what happens when you take a female who has been
nice all her life, get her to agree and go through pregnancy,
went through the pain of giving birth, and then suddenly
dropping something on her and her children, making a lair of
her.

He flinched, flattening his ears against his scalp. "I'm...I'm

Innocence pulled her lips back in a snarl, but sheathed her
claws. She gently took off her bracelet and placed it in front
of him. "Talk to me when you have some sense knocked into you.
And, until then, I don't want you speaking to the kits unless
they speak to you first." she lashed her tail and turned away
from him, walking off.

{ dammit I'm crying x'3 WHY FLICKERENCE DRAMA WHY }
No. No. No, no, no, no. This wasn't supposed to happen! They
were supposed to become that old, fat, married couple that
yelled 'IT'S JUST POOFY FUR' when people called them fat! And
that's when the tears fell.

Innocence continued to walk off, tall and strong. Though her
face was being stained by the constant tears that fell and left
a trail. She forced herself to not listen to the tom's sobs as
she walked into the distance, and refused to make any of her
own.
