Not necessarily. Communication could be like developing a code
conveyed through taps against a hollowed piece of wood, somewhat
like Morse code. I will admit the ones I named are a bit out
there. However, they could go even more basic and use spears,
shields, and maybe even armor that could be strapped to a cat
using snaps. They could develop fighting methods like the Roman
phalanx system or other tribal warfare methods. Or perhaps
wooden claws that a paw could slip into and be used to
strengthen and sharped blows. Traps set up across the terrain,
such as unstable rocks on a hillside or concealed holes with
spikes at the bottom to trap and or kill enemies.

how about we combine spotty's idea and ravey's idea together.
it would be a group of old fashioned cats living in a old motel
with a sixties juke box and stuff.

so then they would all take off into 'new york' a modern
condoish thing and at first have a hard time adapting and

I'd do actual government ranks, such as president, governor,
secretary, ect.

either rank idea i would agree with, but maybe stormy's could
fit better since they live in a motel thing. and maids could be
ones to clean out the rooms and specifically care for the
queens, kits, and elders.
if i said something wrong tell me. xD i kinda just skimmed
through the posts.
