Tigerpaw shuffled through the thick undergrowth, looking for
herbs. He had to admit, he enjoyed this much more than he had
his warrior training, though he had been good at that. The stuck
his head under a bush, looking for the green sprigs of
dandelion. His mentor said that any would do but he knew that
the younger plants tasted better than the older ones. No luck.
He pulled back and continued his search.

Deathpaw flicked her ear quietly, focusing on a rabbit ahead of
her. It was a bit hard, considering she only had one eye. But
she was determined as hell to catch the little being. The
bicolored female pounced, but missed by a mile and caused the
bunny to head towards the medicine cat apprentice. "Dammit!" she
growled, stomping her paw.

Tigerpaw smiled slightly at her misfortune but managed to pounce
on the animal's rear before it got too far away. He pulled it
closer to him but it managed to tear away from him in it's
desperate struggle. He rose to his feet, shaking out his fur. He
turned to watch the young apprentice.

Deathpaw rested her only eye on the tom, pursing her lips.
"Tigerpaw. Haven't spoken to you in a while." the black and
white apprentice flicked her tail.

"I don't think we've ever really spoken." He answered. He didn't
really know why she was so grumpy. Maybe that was just her
nature? "How is your training going?"

"We have, just once. My face was thanks to that." the grumpy
female sat herself down, curling her tail around half of her
paws. "And... Its going. Though, I'm pretty sure it'll never end
if I can't catch a damn rabbit." she gritted her teeth in anger.

He nodded, finally remembering. "I'm sure you'll get it next
time. Even the best warriors have trouble with rabbits." He
watched her anger for a moment. "Would you like to help me look
for herbs? They're a lot easier to catch than rabbits."

"They have moons of training and both eyes. Don't be so hard on
yourself." That was his final word on the subject for now.
"Right now I'm looking for dandelions without flowers on them."
He explain, setting of through the forest again.
