Two cats padded into the gang's territory, rather purposeful
despite the fact they had no idea where they were going. "I
don't think this is it..." the larger she muttered, glancing
around with copper eyes.
"Of course it is! This is right where that old cat said it was!"
The petite cat hissed back. Mirroring her friends glance, she
said, "Maybe we should move ahead anyways. Just in case."

Layla smiled slightly, still nervous. "Thanks," she said
quietly, following the fox. It would be nice having a safe place
for once, with plenty of food.

Davvie nodded to Sophia and smiled. "Yeah, there's plenty of
dens for the bigger animals around." He let out a slight
chuckle. "I sleep in one myself, never been a fan if indoors,
strangely enough."
Ava smiled gently at the femme and trotted through the tunnels,
sniffing out a nice spacious den. "Hows this?" she asked,
looking around the room.
Xavier spotted the two femmes and slunk over, his silver tabby
fur illuminated in the pale light. "Hello ladies, you appear to
be in the Collective's grounds." the thickset cat flicked his
stumped tail, tufted ears perked at the two. "anything ya need?"

Anna set her large eyes on the newcomer. "What?" a nudge from
her 'sister' put her in the right mind. "I mean, we'd like to
join!"

She blinked softly at Layla. "I suppose, unless you want
company?" the soft-furred femme shook out her amber fluff and
settled to a sit, head tilted and blinking her large blue eyes.
Xavier blinked at the two females then shrugged. "Alright,
Follow me." He slunk along towards Davvie and gestured to the
two felines. "Enrollers. make sure you give them a good
explaining of the enrollments."
Davvie growled slightly at Xavier and snapped his teeth at him,
sending him darting off. "Sorry kitties, you wanna join? You'll
need to fight all the females in the group in a series of
fighting matches spaced out over the next few days, just ta test
yer mettle and to keep Da happy."

Liz watched Davvie with cool eyes. She was honestly about the
same size as the guy. Anna did the talking for her. "That sounds
fun! I'm Annamarie - you can call me Anna - and this is Liz!"
She chirped, flicking her tail at her ginormous friend.

Sofia gave a short nod to Davvie, though felt a shiver of fear
go through her back when he started talking to the newcomers.
Every female? She didn't want to fight! The worst she could do
was give them a scrape! She didn't let her legs buckle when they
started to and stood strong against the thought.

Davvie blinked at Sophia. "Well, every female except this lady
here. She's far too delicate for the enrollments." He turned
back to the two cats after giving Soph a wink and a grin. "Nice
to meet ya Liz and Anna, I'm Davvie and this is Sophia. Pretty,
ain't she?"
Avaire blinked at her with a slight smile. "I can stick around
tonight if that would make you feel better." she offered.
Xavier set off to do something mildly useful, his bobbed tail
twitching as he headed into the larder to check the stock of
meat for the predatory animals.
