I mostly put it up for extra credit purposes. Now. Since I want
to be more organized about lessons, we're going to be covering
Celtic things for a while, since the Book of Kells was celtic.
Ready?

Oh most definately. If I may suggest something. If I were you, I
would start with history (which would involve the celts very
much at this time), then move to culture or whatever else. It
sets a good starting point.

You know what? I am. So. Before we start, here is a website that
may or may not be good for research.
HTML http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_Irish_history
Right now, I will teach you about the Mesolithic and Neolithic
periods. Without looking at the website or doing research, can
you guess what those periods consist of?

Ok. I know Neolithic. Like, the word is floating around in me
brain somewhere, but that's about it. However, Neo means new. So
I'm going to guess that Mesolithic was the oldest dated period
in Ireland/the British Ilse, and that some big cultural change,
such as a accepted developed writing system, or a true unified
civilization came into place, and it became a Neolithic period
because it was a relatively modern concept for the time.
I'm hoping that's at least somewhat close. :3
