really, most of the times it's just watching and learning. I
really wish I went on patrol again..." She flicked her ears as
he lapped them quickly and gave a little laugh, lifting her head
and licking him on the cheek. She rested her head back where it
was, on his paws. The silver tabby watched as a small kit ran
after a butterfly in the warm sunlight, and she smiled. It was
really cute. Deli then just blinked her eyes and relaxed. "I'm
sorry it's confusing for you," she murmured as she closed her
eyes.

Strangledfox laughed, amusement glowing in his amber gaze. "
'Course not. Some things are easier to explain than others." He
breathed, lifting his head up towards the sky where puffy white
clouds swung over his orange face. A yawn slipped out of his
jaws while he dropped his head back down to face Deliriadreams.
His paws felt warm underneath her pretty head, causing a little
smile to prick his maw. "I guess that makes you a natural
deputy, huh? You don't know how, but you do it all right." He
purred, resting his tail across her back.

Deliriadreams purred and snuggled into his side. "Pfft. Natural?
Nup." The silver tabby blinked her eyes as she flicked the last
of her tiredness away and grinned shifting so she could be in a
more comfortable position.

The warrior chuckled, his orange eyes glancing at his
surroundings. Soon Strangledpaw settled himself down as well,
cuddling close beside her. "You better be, future leader of
RainClan." He laughed, stretching out his front left leg and
leaving there to rest.

Deli laughed and closed her eyes, resting beside him. "I'll
try..." she murmured, then shot up like a rocket. "W-wait! I
need a deputy to keep me in check!" She prodded him gently.
"Let's practice! You be Deputy, I'll be leader!"

Oh great. Strangledpaw blinked, not exactly what he was
expecting, but he'd do pretty much anything for her. She just
had that effect on him, so much that he had developed to huge
friendly crush on her. He was more of a follower, honestly, but
he still disliked anyone bossy. So he smiled at her playfulness
and stood up. "What do you want me to do?" He asked with a fake
huge and long sigh. Strangy chuckled and perked his head back
up, relaxing out of teasing/acting mode.

Deliriadreams grinned and jumped up and down. "All you have to
do is uh.. be a deputy. Wh-what do deputies do?" She had been so
excited, she forgot.
