i'm an awesome reader as well x3
they even asked me if i wanted two skip a few grades so i could
match up with everyone ;w;
but then i would be a second grader in fifth/sixth grade.

I don't remember mine. I just remember that I loved the
bearenstein bears i so spelled that wrong and when i was in 3rd
grade I had the reading level of a 12th grader.

my teacher wouldn't let me read books like that...IN
kindergarten, i was trying to read junie b jones and she took it
from and said that it was "too hard" for me...
Wait, they asked you to skip a few grades for actual school, or
just for reading?

OMG I hate how the teachers only made me read "big kid" books.
It was in third grade and the teacher wouldn't allow me to read
anything normal. Apparently I had the reading level of an
eleventh grader. -__-

My teachers were pretty cool. Plus, seeing as most of the class
wouldn't touch a book, I'm pretty sure they were just happy that
I was reading. They didn't really care what. Just the reading
thing. Although now that I think about it, they may have been
talking about me skipping a grade. I don't really remember.

I dunno. Nobody at my school, or in my elementary school ever
skipped a grade. They may or may not have failed a grade, but i
don't think so since they're not allowed to do that...

I know I have one friend who skipped a grade, I totally
understand why because she's taking all AP classes along with
another two aside from the usual seven. And I know that there
have most definately been people who failed a grade in grade
school little sad isn't it?. I live in one of the few places you
actually want to live in Arkansas and we have pretty good school
systems so that might have something to do with it.
