idea for rp thingggg

kay, so i came up with this idea i like, but i want to make sure
some people are interested before i start it.
you know, so people actually join. :P i also need lots of help
with it 'cause i don't have it all figured out.
i was thinking about making a clan of cats, like you do, but
they have the ability to form into humans. like shapeshifter
things. they could be close to a city/town/village thing where
they can adventure/get clothes, food, etc. like street
cat/people. xD or they could be strictly hidden in the forest
and act like a tribe. you know, like making their own clothes,
hunting, and whatever. i like the first idea better, but maybe
they can live in the streets or something.
i also want it to be anime style, at least in their human forms,
so i get to be pretty loose with the human eye and hair colors
(anime characters can usually have many different hair colors.
even pink, green, and blue). i'd prefer the cat forms to be
realistic with pelts, eyes i don't care. and they're going to be
like those anime nekos. when they're in human form, they have
cat ears and a tail. their human form eyes should be the same
color as their cat form eyes, but their human form hair can be a
different color from their cat form fur.
is this making sense so far? xD
anyway. depending on how this turns out, i might want to do
something like this but as a wolf pack. 8DDD

opinion/questions/ideas/etc. if you disagree with anything, it's
okay. :3

i guess i have the appearance rules down. where should they
live? like i said before, i'd like them to live close to a city
or in a city, but i wanna know what you guys want.

Movie theatre sounds cool. I would put it in a more run down
abandoned part of town. More privacy that way.
