Sunnystar bounded out in the lead, and headed for the pond. To
her horror, she saw that all the water had dried up!

Their ever-full body of water was reduced to a muddy puddle.
There were no ducks, no fish, nothing. It could hardly be called
a pond. And where else would the Clan get water? The river was
much too far away. Sunnystar started to quiver in fear.
