sofia walked slowly into a forest that she had no memory of but
had to go into because, well, no one wanted to see a doe in the
middle of a city street. she picked her way through the
undergrowth, nibbling on some leaves and berries at times.

rounds of the city.
Passed Salli's turkish restaurant earlier, got tossed some
leftover kebab. The usual. Perhaps he would visit Stephenson the
butcher tomorrow. The large marble fox twitched his ears as he
heard hooves head along the pavement. His orange oculars locked
onto the Doe. She was heading... Oh no. She was gonna put her
foot right in his thicket den. The black and white fox broke
into a run and darted in front of the tall creature before she
could take another two steps. "Hey, watch where yer goin' Babe,
Ya almost stepped in my nest." He blinked up at her, bushy tail
wagging slightly. "I'm Davvie. You new here?"[/font][/center]

sofia squeaked and reared onto her back feet, front hooves in
the air. davvie had, obviously, scared her, even though he
lrobably didn't mean to. she planted her weak legs back on the
floor and took two steps back. "i'm s-sorry." the doe whispered,
taking another step back. she nodded yes to his question. "i'm
s-sofia. and y-yes, i'm new."

spreading out over his handsome features. "Oh, sorry If I
startled ya, Doll. Nice ta meet ya." The young male fox settled
to a sit, his deep coppery eyes fixed on the femme's face.
"Don't see pretty little does like you around these parts
usually. Need some help? Ya seems to be a little lost." He
lifted a hind leg to scratch at his ear, his tongue flicking out
as his jaws parted in a slight yawn.[/font][/center]

sofia couldn't bring herself to smile, but instead she looked at
the ground. "oh, i-its okay. i do-don't think you meant to." she
murmured back, gulping quietly and pricking her ears as davvie
continued to talk. "y-yeah, i'm lost. b-but i don't think y-you
could help.." the doe trailed off, picking up her gaze from the
ground andresting it on the fox.

smile. "Yer underestimating me doll. I know these parts and
around them like the back of my own paws." The fox grinned and
got to his feet, shaking out his bushy fur. "Just tell me where
yer headin' for, and I'll take ya there. Simple as that." He
blinked up at her, Viewing her black eyes with confident copper
ones. "I won't get ya lost more than ya are, miss. Scout's
honor." He perked his white and black ears and smiled warmly.
OOC: I've decided that Davvie's father is the boss of some fox
mafia >:3[/font][/center]

Uh, You wanna stay with me or somethin'?" he asked, gesturing to
the thicket. "I'm sure you'd fit. If not, I'll clear more
space." He glanced upwards. "Clear skies tonight anyway, if
you'd rather sleep outside. Not any danger here." The fox
blinked up at her and smiled. "You alright with that?" He wagged
his tail at the rather tall doe. Well, she was tall compared to
him.[/font][/center]

the doe smiled softly, bringing her gaze back up to the fox.
"only i-if you don't mind." she was also taught on how to accept
things when you need them most. "i-i could get some f-food for
you, to p-pay for my stay..." she only then realized that foxes
were omnivores. but, that still meant that they ate plants,
right?

amusement. "Don't worry 'bout payment Sophia, I got no reason to
charge a fine lady like yerself." He smiled warmly and gestured
to the thicket. "C'mon. We'll see about finding you some proper
food tomorrow. And just so you know, I prefer to eat berries and
twoleg food." The black and white fox turned on his heels and
trotted into the large thicket, peering out at her. "You coming
Doll?"[/font][/center]
