MISSION: REVIVE THE SITE

Okay so over the course of work, I formulated a few ideas on
where we could go with this. However, I truly believe we are all
owners of this site (which, by the way, is crawling up on six
years old) so I want any and all input, decisions, et cetera
made by all of us! But, the ideas I have sort into two
categories; keep Gold and Haze, or trash and start over.
CATEGORY 1 - KEEP GOING ON
PLAN A || We continue with what we have, and try to go from
that.
PLAN B || Leaders from both sides mysteriously die and the Clans
must become one against a new, unknown force that takes up the
second board. This refreshes ranks but keeps characters.
PLAN C || Many years later, cats are dead, rivalry is strong,
but some big twist (leaders in love, etc etc) is in the
background.
CATEGORY 2 - SCRAP IT
PLAN A || Haze and Gold fade like the others and more Clans crop
up - perhaps, this time, we RP out the making and deciding of
the Clans, rather than doing it OOCly.
PLAN B || Another part of the world, new territories, etc etc
where past famous Clans somehow live on.
PLAN C || New Clans, new territories, no explanation as to what
happened, new beginnings.
Of course, with these ideas, there comes other questions that
must be answered, and I will put them in a code so that they can
be answered. I'm trying to be as efficient as possible with this
revival, as I can't wait to get the show on the road. Basically
just put your opinion (or simply yes/no) and I'll tally up the
results so that we don't have to waste another poll.

I would also like to add here how everyone thinks we should
advertise - I was thinking of slyly telling the BHR about my
soon to be activity here, and I planned to bring a Xia dupe here
idk just yet but yeah. Any and all advertisement is a-okay <3
POWERS ALLOWED? (if yes, which ones?) yes, but basic, small ones
that still take energy from the user
WHAT ANIMALS? no extincts or too large (bear+) or too... weird
(koalas, emus.... yeah aussies dont b weird)
HOW STRICT SHOULD THE WARRIOR CODE BE? pretty strict
HOW STRICT SHOULD WE BE? (like, warrior code where everyone is
breaking it, or everyone actually tries to follow it?) the
latter - i like the idea of it being broken every once in a
while but every moment is annoying and boring.
OTHER NOTABLE CONCERNS? hhhh nah

for big plots
WHAT ANIMALS? any animals that would normally be found in the
territory the clan is in + cats and dogs
HOW STRICT SHOULD THE WARRIOR CODE BE? pretty strict, but not
the original one, maybe if we do 2c we come up with our own
HOW STRICT SHOULD WE BE? (like, warrior code where everyone is
breaking it, or everyone actually tries to follow it?) pretty
strict either way, maybe occasional breaks or for big plot
purposes but otherwise strict

POWERS ALLOWED? (if yes, which ones?) yes, but not too many. i
like the idea of small powers that take effort but they're still
pretty uncommon, and maybe the rare really strong power for big
plots like storm said.
WHAT ANIMALS? wildcats and likely forest animals. i think
wolves/dogs would be uncommon but it could differ depending on
the clan's beliefs
HOW STRICT SHOULD THE WARRIOR CODE BE? strict so it's not so
casual all the time lol
HOW STRICT SHOULD WE BE? (like, warrior code where everyone is
breaking it, or everyone actually tries to follow it?) most
everyone tries to follow it and there should be clear and
immediate attention when someone breaks it. the warrior code is
a very spiritual and high-held thing, so most cats would be very
disappointed in someone who broke it if that makes sense?
OTHER NOTABLE CONCERNS? nah, honestly i don't mind what happens
i'm just ready to rp (: ^ )

i would say yes but very basic and limited to maybe one or two
per character. not too much to make it extremely unrealistic but
just enough so nobody loses interest in their characters.
WHAT ANIMALS? i feel like cats and smaller animals around the
areas would be ideal. maybe bobcats, birds, stray dogs

honestly I think this all depends on the leader to decide and
how they decide to handle their clan, as long as it doesn't go
too overboard

well i think forbidden relationships should definitely be
limited because too much could kinda ruin the point of a code in
the first place. about smaller things like borders etc i think
it still kinda depends on the leader

sure! but smaller ones are better, I don't like seeing
indestructible characters.

Smaller forest animals like cats, dogs, foxes, deer, etc.
nothing too big!

maybe as strict as the books level?

just make sure there aren't constant plots with breaking it, I
guess ^^'

Alright, so 2A won! The boards are already situated, and the
admins decided that the basis for this is that all creatures
involved got their own sort of dream/vision of the territory and
for one reason or another went and found it!
Consensus says small powers are great, so soon, once everything
is further confirmed, powers will be situated. Feel free to
brainstorm, however, on what powers will be included!
As for creatures, I specifically liked the idea of what
pertained to the territory, as well as the addition of cats/wild
cats, and canines. Standards, however, should be set, as well as
how far off an animal can be before its species is not sentient
(ie, sparrows and squirrels. I imagine our little friends
wouldn't like the voices of their prey speaking their language
if you catch my drift)
Moving on to the religion aspect, everyone seems to want some
sort of code, and I think Storm's idea of developing one
ourselves will be fun considering the plot! I motion that we do
that part in IC, like everything else is being planned. And its
also generally agreed that we, as roleplayers, should follow the
code as well, as to make breaking the code not too common.
We also have advertising that we should discuss - Jay mentioned
her Insta, as she had plenty of warrior friends there, and Dawny
is on Xanje often. I am considering bringing it up to my friends
in the BHR on FF, but considering the strictness of the site...
well, I would have to be super super careful. Any and all
advertisement of the site is welcome and encouraged! I would
like to build the community once again if possible.
Also, I was wondering what you all thought about inviting people
who were here before? Like Nerd, Sunshine, et cetera?
Oh! & [member=173]ko[/member] , we have all have skype and we
discuss a lot of this on there. You've been a great friend to us
all and I was wondering, if you were comfortable, perhaps you
wanted to join us? We have an old dusty RW chat that I could dig
around for and invite you to!
