when you believed it'd be okay - open

When Morningstar woke up, he barely caught himself from falling
out of the tree he had fallen asleep in. At the last moment, he
managed to dig his claws in and steady himself. It took a few
seconds for him to register everything else. First, the sky was
dark. So, he supposed it must still be nighttime. Second, there
was nothing around him. It had been a dream, and nothing more.
Slowly relaxing, he tried to clear his mind. He hadn't had a
nightmare in a while now, but it was bound to happen again
eventually. Instead of trying to get back to sleep, the leader
jumped down from the branch, giving a nod to the npc that was on
guard duty tonight as he walked by. He was going to go out into
the territory to hunt for now, to take his mind off of the
       nightmare.

Waterpaw found herself tripping over her own paws, still not
used to the fog that plagued the territory. In all honesty, she
was fine with it in camp, due to her short stature helping her
avoid it. Yet, with the little growth she achieved, and the
thicker fog in the territory, she was far from okay. She may as
well have been a GoldClan intruder with the way she stumbled
       around.
Her eyes squinted towards the shape that was Morningstar. It
didn't help that she was sort of blind. "Um, hello?" she called,
scenting the air. She couldn't find anything out of usual, so
hopefully the approaching cat was someone in her Clan.

"Waterpaw," Morningstar greeted her as he came closer to make it
easier for her to see him standing there. "What are you doing up
at this hour?" the leader asked, curiously glancing at her as he
took a seat now that he was in her sight once more.

After hearing his voice, the apprentice let out a sigh of
relief. "Oh, Morningstar. I thought you were someone else." The
she-cat rumbled as he came closer. She settled on her haunches
and grinned at him. "My mentor was supposed to teach me to be
stealthy but I, uh... lost him." Waterpaw let out a light laugh,
tail swishing behind her. [b]"How about you?"
