Brandy flattened her ears and lowered her head when she heard
the leader's voice. Sometimes she wondered why she couldn't just
shut her mouth, but she didn't regret what she said. It was a
reasonable question. She dared to roll her eyes, letting Morilec
rant on about how they were horrible henchmen or something. When
she heard her name, her eyes grew wide and darted towards the
wolf. What the frick? It was horrible enough to even be present
in this Clan, and now she had to be his little messenger. She
stared at him with hatred and disbelief as he walked away. Just
like that. Humming a fricking little song. If she was even half
his height, she would not hesitate to rip him to shreds. And she
hated fighting.

Windflight closed her eyes, and ripped out a piece of of her
tabby pelt, tossing it. Windflight stared at Brandy. "Will you
tell my mom I'm okay?" She had torn out alot of her fur before,
and some was even wet, as if she was eating it. "Tell her i'm
not hurt.

Colored Mist sighed and padded off. Damnit! Just when she was
doing good, something had to go and mess it up!

Brandy turned back to Windflight when she began to speak again.
"Uh..yeah. Yes, of course," she replied quietly after a moment.
She tried not to look disturbed when she rolled the clump of fur
towards herself. "You will be okay. We'll get you home. I
promise," she assured her, or maybe she was assuring herself. Or
just trying to calm down.
