       [hr][color=white]Welcome to the Kingdom of Justice! I hope you
       enjoy your stay!
       [size=12pt]PREMISE
       KoJ is a quiet little Clan off to the side. They are allies with
       everyone, and enemies with no one. They literally only want
       peace - which is why they strive to be the soul justice system
       of the Clans. They are there if a rogue is at fault, or two
       Clans are in a petty fight that could be settled simply. The
       members are not biased and are used as judges, lawyers, and even
       the jury.
       TERRITORY
       KoJ live in a city hall/court house hodgepodge facility,
       completely abandoned by the humans who built it. There is the
       court room, the holding cells, the reception desks. Even a small
       library attached to the back. It was a small town, so the humans
       had to mash everything they could onto the plot of land, and did
       so well. The rest of the town, which has run down farms and
       houses and stores, are a part of the territory.
       RULES
       IC
       - Rape, murder, etc are all punishable, by death if possible.
       Just because you're a part of the system, it doesn't mean that
       you're excluded from the rules.
       - Respect higher ups. Arguing with them for plausible reasons
       are fine.
       - Protect the children and sick of the Clan first. The higher
       ups got there for a reason, they can protect themselves.
       - Report any and all misdemeanor to cops or judges!

       - IC rules are made to be broken, but can still be put in place
       for IC punishments.
       - Be nice pls
       RANKS
       HEAD JUDGE // Leader of the Clan, oversees all court, Clan, and
       anything. Can disprove or approve anything. // HP, max of one,
       must be promoted.
       - MISFIT JANAERY [ medicine ]
       JUDGES // Deputies of the Clan, steps up when Head Judge is
       gone. Can disprove or approve of anything they deem unsafe or
       safe. // HP, max of two, must be promoted.
       - NONE YET
       COPS // Bodyguards of the Clan. Used to retain and hold
       prisoners or those who do wrong. Oldest Cop is Head Cop. // SHP,
       max of three, two must be promoted. One can be applied for.
       - NONE YET
       REPORTERS // Used to send messages between the Clans. Oldest
       Reporter is Head Reporter. // SHP, max of three, two must be
       promoted. One can be applied for.
       - NONE YET
       JURY // Warriors of the Clan with no higher rank, mostly used to
       decide if the accused is guilty or not. May have a title for
       when not a part of the Jury. // Unlimited.
       - NONE YET
       JURY TRAINEES // Apprentices with no higher rank, usually
       trained by one with the title they want. // Unlimited.
       - CARLISLE JANAERY [ lawyer ]
       WITNESSES // Queens, kits, elders, or passing loners. May or may
       not act as a jury, may or may not just sit in the crowd.
       - NONE YET
       TITLES
       Titles are not to show higher rank and are generally earned when
       the creature becomes a part of the Jury. Jury Trainees pick
       their mentors so that they may train in that certain area.
       Everyone, even the higher ups, have a title. There are no limits
       to the titles.
       LAWYER // Usually are able to make sense of the evidence. Are
       usually assigned to one side or the other, always for payment.
       MEDICINE // For those who wish to do medical examinations on the
       victims and heal their clanmates.
       FIELD // Usually out on the field to find more evidence on
       cases.
       SECRET // A secret jury member hiding in the crowd. This rank is
       given in private so that no Lawyers know what secret member will
       be also contributing their vote.
       AMBASSADOR // Usually dual joining allying Clans and relaying
       news back to the KoJ
