Jack rested his gaze on the three and narrowed his eyes
seriously, studying them for a few moments. "Curiosity killed
the cat, you know," he said, a crooked smile growing on his
face. "Couldn't sleep either, I assume?" he asked, glancing
around before turning back to them as if checking for any other
feline stalkers.

Jack smiled, rolling his eyes a bit. He knew it. "So we all have
something in common, that's nice," he teased. "Then, let me
guess, you all thought it'd be fun and 'dangerous' to stalk the
creepy new guy?" he asked, an imaginary brow raised.
