it very clear they weren't in charge. Either way, EchoClan was a
neutral and all neutrals are allowed to request alliances unless
it is specified otherwise.
Duskstar studied this she-cat for a moment. That look in her
eyes. She seemed so... upset about all of this. Upset might not
be the word, but you know what Dusk means.[/left]
