It's Been A While // MEETING

[font=times new roman]Sable stretched as he roused from sleep,
one of his hazel eyes flashing to red briefly as he gazed at the
courtyard just outside his window. That's when it came to him
that he hasn't hosted a group meeting in some time. He got onto
the desk he slept under and pressed the intercom button, playing
the recorded sound of a trumpet throughout the base. Once it had
finished playing, he announced,
"All members of WitheredClan gather in the courtyard for a
meeting!"
He repeated the message another time before shutting off the
system and climbing out his window that led straight to the
courtyard. The dusty brown tabby padded to the large rock he had
stood upon in the last meeting. He waited there, hopeful that
everyone wasn't outside of range of the announcement or
inactive.[/font]

No. Frick. Not now, please. The small fem was stuck in her room,
trying to fix the few other buttercups that had begun to grow on
the crown of her head. Wait! That's it! A crown! She grinned as
she pulled together some herbs and wove them together and placed
them on her head, disguising her growing flowers. She padded
over to the clearing, sitting down anxiously.

tone as he leaned against a tree. Sighing, he looked up at where
Sable was. A meeting?
He tried to dismiss the thoughts that were rushing through his
head, but he couldn't. They were always there. He was so
consumed by the guilt that was within him. Midnightpaw wished he
could just rid himself of it. Sighing, he averted his gaze from
his friends. They shouldn't have to be troubled with his guilt.
This burden was his and his alone, no matter the personal
expense.[/font][/left]

shoulders and announced,
"I have decided to announce our standing among the other clans
as well as ranks."
His gaze turned down to those who had gathered.
"I have officially decided that, due to previous events,
EverestClan is not to be trusted and any members found
communicating with them without my permission will be punished
for treason. Their allies are to be ignored, and any attacks on
EverestClan are supported entirely. We will also try to figure
out who is responsible for the attacks. They will be brought
here and punished as they should be for their crimes."[/font]

She flicked her ear, a small frown on her face. Oh well, she
couldn't reverse time now or anything.

flicking towards him when he heard the question.
"In a way, yes. We will be on better terms with EchoClan, but we
are to only watch them and calculate what they are doing. They
may join EverestClan in attacking us in the future, so guard
should be raised."
He looked back up, his tail curling slightly.
"Moving on to our rank ups, I'm proud to say that Nine will now
be our official master sergeant. That is, if he accepts his rank
up. Frisk, if you wish, you could also rank up to doctor now. I
believe you have the experience necessary for the rank up,
though if you wish you may continue training with Midnightpaw."
He looked down at the two he had mentioned, gaze flicking
between them as he awaited their responses.[/font]
