[center]The Tribe of Echoed Cries[/center]
[center]Welcome to the Tribe of Echoed Cries! This is an
anti-clan with rough rules, yet
loyal warriors!

[right]The Tribe of Echoed Cries started as a small rogue group.
As more rogues, loners, and kittypets joined, their own customs,
ranks, and code developed.
One evening, the Tribe's leader decided to send cats to other
Clans to share customs. Those cats came back after nearly a
moon, and shared with the leader. However, this Tribe remains
different from other Clans.[/right]

[left]The Tribe of Echoed Cries has a code unlike other Clans.
They do not go by the traditional warrior code.
- Medicine cats may have a mate and kits, but if it interferes
with their job, the medicine cat must either step down, or their
mate and kits will be taken away. The former mate must find a
new mate, and the kits will be given to foster parents.
- The leader's word is law. If their word and rules are not
followed, then exile may be necessary.
- The strongest males of the Tribe must be fed first. Highest
rank is fed before the lowest rank. The leader is fed first,
then the deputy. Any leader or deputy assistants are fed after
this. The medicine cat and their assistants/apprentices are fed
after. Any male warriors will compete for remaining food. Two
warriors will fight for prey. The loser will fight another for
prey, etc. Claws and teeth are allowed. After male warriors,
females will do the same thing. Females may not fight a male.
After the warriors, queens, kits, elders, and injured/ill cats
may get their pick of prey. The omega of the tribe eats whatever
is left.
- The leader and deputy must only be male, as females are dubbed
'not strong enough'. Females may be assistants, but no more.
Females may also be medicine cats and their
apprentices/assistants.
- If a male and female wish to become mates, they must bring it
up with the leader. The leader will then hold a ceremony. If the
male and female do not get along, they will be separated, and
any of their kits will be given to foster parents.
- Cats may compete for ranks. If a cat wishes to become a higher
rank, they will announce to the leader that they wish to
challenge a cat of a certain rank. The Clan is then forced to
watch. Claws and teeth are allowed, but a cat that kills will be
looked down upon and treated as a slave. The winning cat gets or
keeps their desired rank. The loser is downgraded to a Lower
Warrior, and will be fed after any other warrior. If an omega
wishes to fight for a higher rank, the loser becomes omega, and
the winner gets or keeps their desired rank.
- Omegas are treated as Slaves. They will eat last, and be
healed last after a battle. Omegas are forced to fight in
battles, whether they are healthy or not. They do chores for
other cats, such as building or repairing dens, searching for
elders' ticks, and other apprentice tasks. They sleep with
either the elders or the apprentices. If an omega refuses to do
as told, they may be up for either public torture or exile.
- The tribe names are more likely to be loner names, however
Clan names are accepted.
- If a cat wishes to join the tribe, they must challenge the
leader to prove they are worthy. If they are unable to fight or
hunt, they will not be allowed to join.
- Medicine cats must be trained to hunt and fight if needed.
- If a cat disobeys any of these laws, they may be up for public
torture or exile. Only the leader decides the punishment.
- If a cat is to publicly torture another cat without
permission, they may be punished severely. [/left]
[shadow=green,left]The Territory, Prey, and Camp[/shadow]
[left]The territory is located in a crowded evergreen forest,
scattered with thick undergrowth. There are many clearings which
are used for training areas. There are few rivers that run
through the territory. The common prey around are mice, birds,
squirrels, and occasionally snakes. The camp is located in a
stone hollow with a river running through it. [/left]
[shadow=red,left]The Ranks[/shadow]
[right]Leader - The leader of the tribe is most important, and
their needs come before any other. The leader is free to be as
cruel as necessary. They may demote, promote, hold meetings,
host challenges or other events, host punishments, etc. The
leader MUST be a male. The leader's word is law. (max=1)

Deputy - The second in command of the tribe. They are valued
over every other cat, excluding the leader. They co-host events,
public punishments, etc. with the leader. If a warrior is to
disobey the deputy, they will be punished. (max=1)

Deputy assistant(s) - The deputy assistants are the third in
command of the tribe. If the deputy dies, the current deputy
assistant steps up. If there are two deputy assistants, they
must compete for the role of deputy. They assist in most events
and lead most patrols. There is no punishment for disobeying a
deputy assistant. (max=2)

Doctor(s) - The doctor is the main healer of the tribe. They
help the leader make choices, and are usually among the wisest
cats of the tribe. They are highly respected. If a cat is to
disobey the doctor, they will be punished. (max=2)

Nurse(s) - self explanatory (max=2)

Nurse Assistant(s) - The nurse assistants step up if a nurse
dies. They usually help out with the collection of herbs and
healing, but train to be a warrior as well. (max=2)

Elders - self explanatory (no limit)
Omega - Omegas are the lowest rank of the tribe. They are
usually among the weakest cats who cannot defend their clan.
They must carry out typical apprentice duties of the clan;
moss-collecting, changing bedding, searching for ticks,
building/repairing dens, etc. Any cat has the right to tell the
omega what to do. If the omega does not obey, they will be
severely punished and even killed. (max=1)

Personality; Italy is powerful-minded. He is sly and is often
pretty tricky. He easily picks arguments, and won't hesitate to
punish a cat.

History(Optional); He joined the Tribe during it's making, which
was a season or two ago. He quickly ranked up by challenging,
and eventually took over as leader.

Activity; I check this forum literally every few minutes I'm
pretty sure I'm active
Character's Name; Domino
Rank; Omega
Gender; Male
Appearance; A white feline with gold eyes and a black patch on
his back and the top of his head. His ears are also black. His
hind legs and tail are scarred and fur has been torn off do to
being paralyzed.
Personality; He's quiet and scared of almost everything, jumping
at the slightest movement towards him. He is traumatized and
seems to be easily pushed into doing something.
Relations(Optional); He had an adopted daughter that was later
punished for standing up for him, she is now deceased.
History(Optional); He was born this way. Born with no feeling in
his hindquarters and mistreatment. He was the runt of his litter
and his mother and father cared very little for him. His
siblings pushed him into doing stupid things they were aware of
him being unable of doing.
He was given his rank of omega, but shortly after he adopted a
she kit named Violet. She was a brave kit who tried to take care
of her father. Once, she stood up for her father and got into a
fight with a group of males. She managed to hold them off pretty
well, but she still got into trouble and was publicly tortured,
Domino along with her. Domino was scarred and in pain for moons
afterwards, and Violet didn't... make it after a quarter moon.

Personality; She can be a tad bit moody. Minnow doesn't exactly
mean to be either, it just happens. Normally, she is sarcastic
and funny, and a bit bubbly. However, she can be easily angered,
which contributes to her "moody" label.
