Quietkit was sick of being a kit. She wanted to be older so she
could leave camp and train.
Ooooooooo, maybe if she asked mama, she'd let her be older! Yea,
that sounded like a good idea!

Angelic was out hunting, trying to return to her previous state
of mind before she decided to raise someone else's children. She
was an apprentice, training to be a warrior. She would need to
relearn to fight, to hunt, and maybe even to kill if need be.
The fem walked into the camp, a rather large rabbit hanging from
her maw. Due to her non-stop training, she found herself with
toned muscles underneath her soft pelt. She dropped the
fresh-kill on the pile with a proud smile, pricking her ears
when she heard "mama".
That was Quietkit, wasn't it? Oh, her baby. Well, one of her
babies. Jynx was another. So was Ellipses, and Treble, and
Minuet. Still, she only the former two around. Treble had moved
away to a different Clan, as much as she knew. Ellipses and
Minuet... Ah, they were probably planning to do the same. She
wouldn't blame them. "Baby, is there something you need?" she
cooed to her child as she trotted over, stopping nearby and
brushing her cheek against Quietkit's.
