NOT ANYMORE [ joining ] FLESH OUT THE DOOR
By: dawnfire111 Date: April 6, 2016, 8:40 pm

A dark gray tabby tom dragged himself across the ground, leaving
a trail of blood behind him. He coughed, stopping beside a tree
and leaning himself against it. He looked down at his foot that
was bleeding heavily from the ugly bite mark on it. There were a
couple serious gashes on his right side, and rest of his body
was covered in scratches and probably missing a few tufts of
fur. His body was very weak and he couldn't even stand, but he
didn't feel anything. Not even a little sting from the dirt
probably infecting his wounds. It had been this way for as long
as he could remember. He didn't feel pain. In a lot of ways that
was helpful, but it was also very dangerous. He could be dying
some days and he wouldn't even know until he noticed something
was very wrong. Somehow, he made it through all of it, sometimes
with help from others, but most of the time he could take care
of himself. This didn't seem like it would be one of those
times. Not only did he just get out of a long 'scuffle' with
some large animal, his powers were working double time to keep
him from feeling the immense pain that would normally await any
normal creature. He was so exhausted, so much that he didn't
want to move from that very spot. So much that he didn't care he
was on PlasmaClan's territory, or maybe he didn't even realize
it.

Electrichiss generally had a dislike
towards any stranger, but seeing this wounded one made him frown
slightly. He didn't know why. He cautiously stepped towards
them.
"Name and.... are you ok?"

The tom looked over at the PlasmaClanner sleepily, surprise
showing in his eyes for only a couple moments and then leaving.
"Oh..uh..Xander..and I..I don't think so," he grunted, looking
over his wounds for a second and sighing. He turned back to
Electrichiss and squinted. "You don't happen to have
any..cobwebs, do you..? Or..or goldenrod or.." He squeezed his
eyes shut for a moment, trying to think and keep himself awake.

Mysticwater walked over. "Tough luck, kid. Our current
wolf-leader probably wont take in an injured cat." She grunted

He opened his eyes, staring at the other cat approaching him
"Oh, that's..that's fine. I'll just uh..." the tom breathed in
and out slowly. "I'll just..lay here," he finished, closing his
eyes and his bloody body relaxing and going limp. Nighty night.

Her eyes widened. Bad move, Mystic. "Well uh.. wait a minute."
She stammered, prodding the newcomer with her paw.

"Now, now, Mystic. I'm not that cruel." the wolf walked over,
observing the battered tom. "He might be of use to me." he
barked, sitting down. "Before you die, or whatever, you
mentioned herbs and stuff. PlasmaClan is in need of a medic of
sorts." he informed, not caring as to how the other was probably
on his death bed. "If you accept the spot as a medic, I'll
gladly take you to your new home and you can heal yourself. If
you don't, well, I don't mind adding a dead body to the border.
Scares away the intruders, y'know?" Morilec laughed.

He opened his eyes, ears twitching at the barking wolf. He
lifted his head and struggled a bit to sit up again, but the
tree was helpful to lean on. The tom listened carefully and
considered his options, which weren't many. Die and not help or
live and help a possibly not-so-good Clan. He thought he had
left that life behind, but apparently it wasn't done with him.
And he wasn't done with his own life, not until he did something
right. He sighed, realizing he had no choice. "Fine," he managed
to grumble, glaring at the wolf. "I'll do it."

"Magical." he grinned, leaning over and attempting to snatch up
the feline's scruff. [b]"Up we go. Try not to lose too much
blood, now. My pelt doesn't wash easy."
