[ i do that all of the time tbh so thank you again ]
Berryflight was beaming, blush covering her whole face. It was
extremely cheesy, no doubt about it, but it was probably one of
the most adorable and nicest things anyone has ever spoken to
her. "Thank you, Firework. It's really beautiful," she purred.
Her eyes held onto the gem for a bit longer before she tried to
meet his. It wasn't for long, though, when he offered her
another present. She felt like she was going to explode with
happy feelings. Weird expression, but there wasn't any other way
to describe it. The shaman tried to hold back her uncontrollable
smile as she opened the box. "Oh.." she sighed. Her paw reached
in the feel the delicate pieces. "Firework," she complained,
smiling brightly once again as she lifted her head to look at
him. "This is too much. I don't even..know what to say," she
laughed, finally admitting her struggle to find the right words
to say. And here she thought they were drifting apart. She was
never so happy to be wrong.

"Then don't say anything," he insisted, the third and final box
behind him. Firework was thinking of how he wanted to say this.
After all, he could only say it once. After a bit of thought,
the feline decided to go with the classic. "So..." The words
caught in his throat. This was going to be hard to get out.
After all, he had known her for a long time now, and to finally
be asking this... It seemed too good to be true. He took a deep
breath to calm his nerves, before gently picking up the bracelet
and laying it in front of her(his original choice had been
rings, but those would never have fit on them). "I know this is
kind of odd timing, given that we don't get to see each other
that much, but I feel like now is the right time to do it.
So..." Once more, he felt as if he couldn't speak. Excitement,
nervousness, love. Just a touch of what he was feeling right
now, what was keeping the words back. He cleared his throat, a
little anxious laugh escaping him. "Will you marry me?"

Berryflight couldn't stop smiling. She shyly glanced down at her
paws for a moment only to look up at him with confusion. Her
heart started pounding for some reason when he took his time
trying to get the words out. This was all so surreal and she
didn't understand what was going on. He brought her to a
beautiful oasis on a cute date, which has never happened before,
and gave her gorgeous jewelry, which was something she hadn't
laid eyes on since her days as a kittypet. Obviously, if there
was anything else to say or do, it had to be even better than
cheesy romance that made the butterflies in her stomach go wild.
But what else was there?
She watched him pull out the bracelet, which was simple but
caught her eye more strongly than the others. She slowly looked
up at him, her blue eyes not giving any other choice but to lock
with his. The cute, nervous laugh he let out didn't help her
beating heart, and the impatient child in her urged him to let
it out. "Will you marry me?"
Wait. Hold up. Say that again? The words spun through her mind,
but it took her more time than needed to process it. Now it was
her turn, once again, to feel speechless. She stared at him with
an open mouth, and if there was any more room for blush on her
face, it was there. The shock brought tears to her eyes and she
tried to smile, talk, or anything. "I-I...y-yes! Yes, I will
marry you," she spilled out, laughing and overwhelmed with joy.

mm sorry for taking so long, it's just i don't have a lot of
muse and i didn't know how to respond ))
As soon as he heard the words come out of her mouth, a grin
split on his muzzle. He had been so worried that she would say
no, and here she was saying that she would marry him. Another
laugh broke out of him, this one not so much anxious as
relieved. Firework quickly moved forwards, meaning to envelope
her in a hug and try to give her a quick kiss. Afterwards, he
stepped away, face slightly flushed, and he offered the bracelet
so that he could put it on her.
