Icestar trotted towards the group of cats, his tail swaying from
side to side. A serious, but still curious, expression was laid
on his face while he walked over to Decemberpaw, or now,
Decembersnow. "I see you're taken matters into your own hands."
The white male said, putting on a smile that still seemed to
hold no emotion. He wasn't mad, but quite proud of her
productivity.

seen Decemberpaw give them to cats who were in shock or
pain...But she didn't exactly now the usage. Pain...Shock...They
all needed...Calming down! Thats it! "Its like a painkiller, it
calms the cats down and makes them fall asleep." She meowed
