Echoinglies smiled at her sister, keeping her gaze on her as she
turned away. Though Winterpaw still seemed shy, it also seemed
like she was more confident in herself as the leader of the
Clan.

A small smirk crawled onto Coalstar's face. He could feel pride
rise up in him whenever his dear daughter bit the bullet and
stood on the high rock, but warnings and demotions? He couldn't
be prouder of his baby girl. He also watched as Echoinglies
received her warrior name. Once again, it struck him in the
heart how much he wasn't apart of their lives. He smiled
bittersweetly.
Flyingrose's eyes widened, and for a moment she was shocked, but
not for long. In fact, she was kind of relieved. The expert
position stressed her out more, like she wasn't doing enough,
but there wasn't anymore for her to do. That's all she really
was, a warrior with a title to make her seem in control. It
might have been useful at the time of AshClan's former glory,
but now she was glad for the change.
Elodie took a deep breath. She didn't want to mess this up. She
didn't want to get demoted. When she heard of Morningdawns
retirement, her heart started to pound. She wasn't expecting
this at all, but..maybe the good medicine cat did need a break.
With the slow life of the Clan and Dancingdead still there to
mentor her, everything would be fine.
Bookkit listened attentively, despite not really needing to know
this information. It just felt really cool to have the leader as
your mom.
