Shootingstar rolled onto her back, staring into the night blue
sky. Stars dotted the astral blanket, making it all the more
beautiful. She couldn't help but smile a bit. "Anyone wanna help
me find the constellations in the sky?"

Angel limped forward, her right hind leg as twisted as always.
The white kitten watched her new leader with admiration.
"I could help you, miss Shootingstar. Umm, my momma and dada
didn't teach me much about the stars, but they said that each
star was an angel, like me. But that can't be true, 'cause I'm
no angel. That's just my name. Is that one over there the North
Star?"
Meowing about the only star she actually knew, the white kitten
blinked her wide blue eyes as she pointed with her paw to a star
just over the north horizon. Most likely the north star, as it
was actually quite bright.
"Mamma told me that it would always be there, never in the east
or the west. It's unique that way, and even though the other
stars are moving, the North one isn't. It's loyal to that spot,
too! And, um, isn't there a big dipper above it, somewhere,
pointing towards it? That's all I know about the stars, though.
Sorry, miss."

The odd eyed female turned to the kitten, following her paw
movements and giving a calming purr. "You're right on both of
those, darlin'. And if you go a bit more to the right of the big
dipper, you can see a twoleg pulling back what they call an
arrow. Or something they call a drum. Its all in how you connect
the dots." Shootingstar pointed to the other constellation with
a flick of her tail.

Looking up, the white kitten followed the leader's directions
until she came to the part where she saw the arrow. Then she
looked around it and pieced together the twoleg around it.
"That's amazing!"
Angel smiled, her blue eyes watching the stars with enthusiasm,
trying to spot other things that could possibly be creatures.

Matilda walked up to the two cats. "Hey guys, what'cha doin'?"
She asked, sitting down and looking at the star-filled sky.
"Nice night huh?"

Angel turned to the new cat, smiling.
"Hi, Matilda. We're looking at the stars."
The white kitten turned back up to the sky, murmuring softly to
herself.
"There's so many.. Are they all angels, like my momma said?"

Shootingstwr waved her tail to Matilda and shrugged to Angel.
"Its in what religion you believe in. Like, StarClan has a bunch
of cats that have stars in their paws. Dark Forest has evil cats
that are just missing parts of the sky when they walk.
Etcetera."

Angel looked up again, her eyes scanning the stars. Seeing
something that looked like it had wings, she tilted her head.
"I think I see a bird, in the middle."
ooc;;
M Rave, would we be allowed to have a NPC other animal
character? Like, say, an owl that swoops through or something?
