How do I add Topics?

I started a forum like this one and I want to know how to do
that thingy like Tribes and Clans and whatever. And boards.

Ill tell you how. First you go to the admin topic t the top and
type in your password

Then you scrol down and look to the left until you see 'board
configuration' or something like that

Just click that. There should be a body for words. Go above that
and look to the far right. It should say boards.
