Then she put the flower in her hair.. The one Paperboy gave
her... Then she padded to the river where they had met last
recently.

Paperboy walked towards the river, seeing Diamondmind. He sat
next to her and put down a rabbit and a mouse he caught for
them. "Well hello again." He mewed with a friendly smile.

Diamondmind purred. "Your too kind." She meowed in a soft voice.
She pushed the mouse towards her and began to eat it, aware of
eating neatly.

Diamondmind liked her jaws, careful not to let any last bits of
food fall to the ground. She looked at Paperboy. Then she pushed
the rabbit towards him and looked up at the sky. "The moon..
ever notice that the mist around stretches across the sky?" She
meowed. "Its beautiful."
