Diamondmind's former mate had died. They have planned to have
kits but he died too soon. He had died by an adder, though
Diamond had kept his secret, and lied, saying that he drowned in
a river trying to save her. He didnt know why it was a big deal
to keep the secret. She has longed for a new mate. She gave
herself a good groom till her pelt was gleaming in the sunlight.
She sat infront of a river, and picked up a flower, holding it
in her jaws. She glanced around to see if any tom came her way.

Paperboy saw Diamondmind and smiled, he licked his paw and
swiped over his head, slightly flattening his bushy fur. "Well
hello there." He greeted with his bronx accent. "Name'a
Paperboy. You?" He raised his eyebrows in an attractive way.

Paperboy shrugged, he saw a wildflower next to him. "Oh look, a
flower." He said, picking at smiling to Diamondmind. "Ya' know,
I think this flower here goes with ya' eyes." He purred, putting
the flower in her hair.

Diamondmind blushed a bit. She kinda did like the flower.. and
the tom. He was nice.. charming.. "Thanks." She meowed simply,
speachless.
